A Filemail alternative without a daily transfer count
Filemail’s free service allows two transfers a day. ShareQuik has no daily count, but each share is limited to 100 MB. Send something below.
- 100 MB per share
- 8-character code
- 3 days, extendable to 15
- No account
Find
Enter a share code to access shared content.
The 8-character code from the sender: 2 letters, then 6 digits.
According to Filemail’s help centre, the free service sends up to 5 GB per transfer, allows up to 2 transfers in a 24-hour period, and stores files for a maximum of 7 days. It also notes the free service isn’t available in certain regions.
If what stops you is the number of transfers rather than their size, ShareQuik may help: you can create as many shares as you need, each up to 100 MB.

ShareQuik vs Filemail Free
Filemail wins on size by a wide margin: 5 GB per transfer against 100 MB per share. ShareQuik wins only if you need many small transfers in a day or a share that lasts longer than a week.

Which to use
- One large file per day, under 5 GB: Filemail’s free tier covers it.
- Many small files throughout the day, each under 100 MB: ShareQuik avoids the daily count.
- Several gigabytes many times a day: you will need a paid plan from a large-file service.
